Daniel Davies
Daniel has over 20 years experience of working in the health care industry. He started his career as a care support worker so understands the industry from top to bottom. Daniel’s skills and expertise are in crisis management, business planning, coaching, standards & compliance, and learning disabilities. Daniel has proven experience and knowledge in raising standards across the care sector which include care homes, domiciliary care, supported living and children’s services. In addition Daniel is an accredited, qualified and experienced health and social care trainer.
His main passion lies in problem solving and raising standards for care services that require help and guidance to get them back on track. Daniel has on many occasions stepped in after a CQC inspection to give the help and guidance the care service needed, and in turn raised standards and improved the quality of care provided.
